† For monthly subscribers, we will refund the full purchase price for the most recent monthly period less any transaction- and refund-related fees. For annual pre-pay customers, the annual subscription will be decomposed into 12 monthly periods and we will refund a pro-rated amount corresponding to the most recent monthly period. For example, if one pre-pays annually and utilizes less than one month of service, then we will refund the full amount. If one pre-pays annually and utilizes 11 months of service, then we will refund the charges for the last (11th) month.
